More Fun....

So some of you have seen Ambras post (Dubs Fam AKA Widners) and it had pics of Jack and Mason as babies. Well I decided to add on to the fun... its so cute to see how much the two of them have changed together since before they were even walking (alot of the ones from them as babies arent on this computer, bummer, but its still fun!). Such handsome little dudes... ENJOY!

Disney Days Part 2

Thursday morning Luke left for Monterrey with Jon to work Laguna Seca, again. This time they drove the truck instead of their motorcycles... thank goodness! So this weekend Im flying solo, again. On friday after Jack was out of school I picked him up and we headed to Disneyland, again. (Like my agains?!?!) Anyways, for those of you here in Socal you know its been like 95 degrees the last week. YUCK! I dunno what I was thinking battling the heat at Disneyland. But Wendy and Jake and the boys were going cuz it was Jakes bday and had invited us to go with them. And it was the first day of Halloween time there so we wanted to take the kids on the Haunted Mansion. So it was worth it. The boys and I got there around 1230, ate our lunch then went into California Adventure. We rode Monsters Inc and watched the playhouse disney show then ventured our way to the water play area so they could cool off. Me being the incredibly smart mom that I am put them in boardshorts for just that reason. Genius I tell ya! We wanted to go on the new toy story ride but after seeing the outta conrtrol line I decided to head over to Disneyland to wait for Jake and Wendy. We stopped and watched a parade then met them at Haunted Mansion. Youre probably wondering what happened on that ride, knowing that my children are WUSSES when it comes to this stuff. They hated the first part before you get to the ride. Wyatt hid his face, Jack covered his eyes. But the ride... they loved. We went on it not once, not twice, but three times. Jack went with me first, then with landon and Jake, then the last time with Landon and his cousin Jimmy who is 5. So you can bet by then he had no worries. He even went on Pirates and liked it! I think it helped having Landon there to know it wasnt so scary. He went on Big Thunder Mtn with Jake and Landon, Jim (Jakes brother) and Jimmy, and he liked that one too. Its so fun now that he can go on all the big rides. Jake gave the kids "party favors". A $1 bill for all of them. I was laughing. However when Wyatt finally fell asleep he loooked like a drunk man who had just hit the strip club!
Wyatt crashed about 8pm, we finally left around 930pm. Talk about a full day at Disneyland. I was EXHAUSTED!!! But we had alot of fun.... glad we went, regardless of the 90 degree heat! HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAKE!!!!

My boys and their new signature pose! Love it! Jack and Landon being weird!Cute Wyatt!Riding Haunted Mansion...Logan!!The boys and their "party favors"!

My Newest Love

I invested in a new double stroller.... for a few reasons....

1. Going to Disneyland alot and the boys fighting over whose going to walk and whose going to ride has become too much for me.
2. I needed a good stroller for walks that could house more than one child cuz its just a hassle sometimes.
3. I loved this one. Its the coolest.
4. You will find out the other reason next week. Sorry to keep you in the dark but my post on Monday will explain :)
Anyways, this stroller is the best. It rides and manuevers like butter! Its so easy, I can even push with one hand which is convenient! Both seats come off and you can turn them. They can both face forward, face each other, one backwards one forwards, and there is even an infant carrier attachment so you can take one seat off and put the attachment and have an infant carrier and a regular seat. Its awesome. The boys love facing each other. I love this thing!

Disney Days!

Tuesday afternoon we picked Luke up from work and headed to Disneyland. It was empty there. Thanks goodness to because we thought they were still open til 10pm, well they closed at 8 and by the time we got there it was almost 5pm. Be we got on plenty of rides for the day. Some that the kids had never been on too. We hit up the favorites- Star Tours, Nemo, Mr Toads Wild Ride. Then introduced them to Jungle Cruise which they absolutely loved. They are totally convinced that all those animals are real which makes it that much more fun for them. We also went on Storybook Land which our friend Gary (a 29 year old guy with no kids) claims is his favorite ride. Ummmm Ya, never going to Disneyland with gary. IT SUCKED!!! Even the kids were bored outta their minds. LAME!!!!! I dont know if I told you before but my boys are scared to death of the Pirates of the caribbean ride. Dunno why but last time they both hid their faces in my lap, the whole ride. Well Luke talked Jackson into going anyways but the poor kid had a death grip on Lukes arm the ENTIRE time. However, having daddy there I think let him actually enjoy it this time, despite the loss of blood in his white knuckles.

Wyatt- he hid his face in my chest the whole time, only looking up when I told him there was some sorta animal. He is still not a fan! I think it was probably a good thing it closed at 8pm cuz by then we were actually pretty tired. Its so nnice when its empty and you can hit up a ton of rides. Not to mention we even sat down to devour some Pineapple whip-mmmmmmmmmmm! Yummm. Nother fun night at the happiest place on earth!
And this is what we got on the way out... you know what that means in my book!! SUCCESS!!!!!
