Here We Go Again

Back to the drawing board with little Wy man as far as swimming goes... as of January he was still swimming like a fish, then we went to the baby pool in March and wouldnt even put his face in. GRRRRRR!!!! He started to get a little better the two days leading up to his first lesson with Aunt Lari so Im crossing my fingers he remembers everything super fast. His first lesson went REALLY well! A few Wyatt type moments (but no crying, screaming, or freaking out) and he pretty much listened to everything Lari said! Wooohooooo!!! So far so good. Ill keep you posted!

Kindergarden Grad!!!

School is out for summer!!! WOOOHOOOOOO! (Remind me of how excited I am today when I start complaining in the begining of August!).... Jackson is officially a Kindergarden grad and is off to the 1st grade! Um hi, weird! He had an awesome first year of elementary school, made some good buddies, had a great teacher (who is sooo excited to have another Brady in 2011 she said, however I warned her, Wyatt is NOTHING like Jackson! She may wanna think twice about that one!) and on top of it all he is a brainiac. Hes not like genious smart or anything, but the kid is definetely one to be proud of! He was always above where he shoulda been which is awesome! And he is now full on reading! Freaks me out!! Next year is gonna get interesting! :) After school his class met over at the waterpark and the room moms handed out diplomas and homemade caps and gowns! It was cute. And the kids played for hours together before giving each other a big PEACE OUT til next year :) So until then..... backpacks and books are on the backburners, and sunscreen and boardshorts are our number one priority! Erwin Camping 2010

Fathers day weekend we headed out to Lake Skinner with my fam like we did last year. Our new annual fathers day trip! Marc and Eric and their families werent there but the rest of us partied all weekend. While I wont get in to detail, let me just say, watching my mom brush her teeth after a few too many drinks was so worth all the heat, dirt, filth, bugs, luke snoring, sleeping with my kids, etc, etc. Just kidding, I love camping, but that just made it that much better. The rest is explained in pictures :) ENJOY!
Water balloon fights all weekend! My hands hurt so bad from tying all those things! Jenny and Ryan brought their dog Winston... our mascot for the weekend!

Bounce house craziness... I think Luke actually had more fun running into the sides of it to launch the kids across the whole bounce house!

Bocce ball domination... Yes Ryan and I are the defending bocce ball champions! We even got out the tape measurer this year! Sad I know....

Best buddies...Just plain old relaxin, drinkin and crazinesss.... Slip and slide- didnt matter if you were 3 or 33 or 63- yes my dad slip and slided too, it was amazing!!! Here goes dad!!!Chubby bunny- soooo gross!Oh and who could forget the fact that Luke thought it was ok to walk back from the showers in his boxers...

Normal Erwin Competitiveness... LOLFlew kites in the pm when it got super windy!Chateau Brady... pretty sweet huh... too bad the "walls' werent sound proof. No matter where I went in there it was either Luke snoring or the kids talking in their sleep. Oh we had a fire going on the mountain behind us so we hiked down to the lake and got to watch the helicopters come down to pick up water... BROTHERSSSS!!!Fathers Day!!!
