Happy 1st to the Twins!

So crazy but the Fitch twins turned 1 on friday! Seriously it feels like yesterday that they were born, or even that we found out Kristyn was pregnant! Its nuts. Saturday we celebrated Payton and Reagan's 1st bday at Jakes parents house. They had a balloon man and a face painter and the infamous bounce house. It stopped raining just in time too!! The girls were cute as ever and dug into their cake, well mostly Payton, Reagan was a little unsure. Just one more difference between them I guess! I LOVE those girls... seriously just love them! They crack me up. The boys had a ball but as soon as the pinata was done we headed home to get some naps before Monster Jam that night!! Happy 1st Birthday girlies... we love you guys!!

Payton the biggest ham ever!

Reagan who wouldnt smile for me for anything!

Friday Night BOWLING!!!

Friday night we met a bunch of friends at Saddleback Lanes for some bowling fun! We reserved 3 lanes at 8pm for two hours. We figured 5 people to a lane. Well there were 4 kids so guess who played with the kiddies?!?!? ME!!!! However I am NOT complaining because after the game I played I didnt even deserve to be ont heir lane. I got torn up by a six year old and a four year old, one being my son! It was awful... humiliating in fact. Luke and J kept looking at me and just shaking their head. LOL I kept asking if we could go to someones house and play Wii bowling so I could redeem myself. Finally the last game I beat them. Not by much though. The kids had so much fun. I love that my kids have no problem doing late night activities like that. They were in a great mood even when we left at almost 11pm. Of course that was after Icee's but whatever :) They love hanging out with all of our friends... and I think its safe to say that our friends love them :) It was fun... I forgot how much I love bowling. After that I took the kiddies home and Luke went out with the guys for a bit. When i got home I realized how sore my arm was LOL.... Cute Maddie MooI think every picture I have of Gary and Luke, Luke is licking Garys face.

Baby Lexie is Here!!

On January 21st my cousins Mike and Lychelle welcomed baby number one, Alexis Michelle Carlson. Poor Lychelle was dying for this little girl to come out, as were we all! And she finally made her debut 2 days before her due date!! Lychelle was tiny the whole pregnancy and to our surprise this girl came out weighing 8 lbs 2oz and was 20 inches long!! WITH TOTALLY BLONDE HAIR! The next night Ashley, me and Brayden drove up to Hoag to see them! I fell in love with this tiny bundle! She was so stinkin cute! Still couldnt pinpoint who she looked like since she was still so new. But boy was she cute. We handed Brayden to Mike, who still hadnt met him yet then to Lychelle while Ash and I passed Lexie back and forth. Then finally we layed them down next to each other and they were so close in size it was hilarious! Cute little cousins! Everyone was doing great and Mike and Lychelle were on cloud nine! I can see why.. she was gorgeous! So excited she is finally here!! Congrats Mike and Lychelle, love you guys!!!
Mike and Brayden Lychelle and Brayden, can you tell he cuddled up and passed out no problem!! Proud new daddy!Cousins!

WELCOME TO THE WORLD BABY LEXIE!!!

Mini Golf!

Monday was the last day to spend with grandma and grandpa and we decided to go do something fun. So we all spent most the day at Boomers playing mini golf in the crazy 80 humid heat. YUCK. Oh, and talk about competition!! LOL At first I was determined to just beat Luke cuz he wooped on me last time. However by the second hole my dreams were crushed and it was a race between Gene, Luke and Ethan. Go figure. I didnt do awful.. I only lost to Ethan by a few strokes. Luke lost to his dad which made me incredibly happy (I know, so supportive I am huh?!?!) but man he just gets so cocky out there :) The kids were always a hole in front of us, they were way too excited to stay at one hole for very long. They had a lot of fun. We went to lunch then home for naps. After naps we headed down to Dana Point Harbor to meet my parents and Lari's parents for dinner. We went to Wind and Sea (one of my faves) and everyone had pretty much the same meals... Macadamia Crusted Mahi Mahi or Hawaiian Seared Ahi. Ahhh it was so yummy. After dinner we all hung out in the front while the boys had shoulder rides up and down the railing by the water "searching for mermaids".... They were unsuccessful in that hunt, as you could imagine. But they were sure cute searching. We all said our goodbyes and Grandma and Grandpa went back to the hotel to pack and take off at 3am ewwww! It was a fun trip, as usual, and the boys are already missing them like crazy. Jack doesnt understand why there arent coming over today and wont be back out for a little while. He just keeps asking when they are coming over :( Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for a super fun trip! Glad you made it home safe and we hope youre back out ASAP!!! XOXOXO

Bummer of A Sunday

So Sunday came around and we had a lot of excited people here.... after all the Eagles were playing. Playing for a super bowl spot too! Gene and Sue and Ethan came over, with lots of game time snacks. First half was soooo not good. Second half was way better and the eagles were even up right before the end. Unfortunately Arizona won and we had some not so happy campers in this house. It was a bummer. They were so close. To dorwn everyones sorrows we went to Lucilles for dinner and had an awesome meal... I think the fish I had there was the best I had ever had. Anyways, a sad day for the Brady clan, but there is always next year, right?!?!

Supercross!!

Friday was a typical day... Jack went to school but the got the treat of having Grandma and Grandpa pick him up with me. Then we went to Rubios for some lunch and back home to play... we played outside for HOURS!!! Then it was off to Flamingos for dinner. Best food but my crab enchiladas didnt sit too well after being on a diet all week. Ughhh! The next day we headed to Supercross around 2pm. The past two years Gene and Sue have been in town perfect timing for supercross. Usually every year we go with Ethan and Lari so it makes it extra nice that they have been here also the last two years to go with us. We got there and went straight to the pits. Luke had decked out Wyatts little car even more so then it was before and put a HUGE Monster sticker on the front. So he was cruising in style! Jake and Landon were going too so they showed up shortly after and Jack was stoked. They cruised the pits with us the whole time so the boys got to do everything together. We went into the rockstar tent where Landon was taking pics with the Rockstar girls... Jack wanted nothing to do with it! He just wanted to drink the rockstars... I was amazed I didnt have kids bouncing off the walls that night! Wyatt kept beggin for sips... we gave him a few tiny ones but i was not about to feel the reprocusssions of rockstar energy drink in my two year old!Landon and Jack did go up to some other girl who was taking pics with everyone with this huge MX trophy... they were excited about that one. They were so cute up there that other people were taking their picture!

Then we were off to make signs for the riders... Jack made an Andrew Short one, Chad Reed for Landon and Kevin Windham (made by Uncle Ethan) for the Wy man.
Oh and then Lari got her "hot sauce" one for Tedesco! LOL. She is obsessed!
The boys spotted this virtual dirtbike ride that was pretty sweet. They sat on the bike with the virtual helmet on and this guy, who defientely has the worst job ever in my opinion, bounces on the back of the bike so it feels "real". Poor dude. Then the three boys got Dirt-toos. They spray painted tired tracks up their arms which they thought was the coolest!
After quite awhile we spotted Ricky Carmichael. We tried getting his attention to take a picture with jack in his #4 shirt but he was too quick for us :( Then we headed back out to the parking lot to get bundled up for the race... however it turned out being 75 degrees out even at 7pm when it started. It was nuts. I wore my jacket in and by the time I had gotten to my seat I was sweating! Welcome to SoCal in January! Crazy. The boys rode their scooters in the parking lot for a bit, we had a snack and Grandpa took a nap in the back of the rent-a-car lol (he fit really well might I add), then we headed in!
Last year Wyatt wasnt a huge fan... it was just loud for him and he spent most the time hiding in my chest. This year he was ear to ear grins watching the "assholes". No joke thats how he says motorcycles. Daddy has a red asshole, in case you were wondering :) Anywho... he LOVED it! However by the main event at almost 10pm he was boucning off the walls and couldnt sit still anymore. I had to take him out to run around! His brother on the other hand was passed out in his seat. Weird how that works! The night was alot of fun.... I love our supercross tradition!
