Supercross!!

Friday was a typical day... Jack went to school but the got the treat of having Grandma and Grandpa pick him up with me. Then we went to Rubios for some lunch and back home to play... we played outside for HOURS!!! Then it was off to Flamingos for dinner. Best food but my crab enchiladas didnt sit too well after being on a diet all week. Ughhh! The next day we headed to Supercross around 2pm. The past two years Gene and Sue have been in town perfect timing for supercross. Usually every year we go with Ethan and Lari so it makes it extra nice that they have been here also the last two years to go with us. We got there and went straight to the pits. Luke had decked out Wyatts little car even more so then it was before and put a HUGE Monster sticker on the front. So he was cruising in style! Jake and Landon were going too so they showed up shortly after and Jack was stoked. They cruised the pits with us the whole time so the boys got to do everything together. We went into the rockstar tent where Landon was taking pics with the Rockstar girls... Jack wanted nothing to do with it! He just wanted to drink the rockstars... I was amazed I didnt have kids bouncing off the walls that night! Wyatt kept beggin for sips... we gave him a few tiny ones but i was not about to feel the reprocusssions of rockstar energy drink in my two year old!Landon and Jack did go up to some other girl who was taking pics with everyone with this huge MX trophy... they were excited about that one. They were so cute up there that other people were taking their picture!

Then we were off to make signs for the riders... Jack made an Andrew Short one, Chad Reed for Landon and Kevin Windham (made by Uncle Ethan) for the Wy man.
Oh and then Lari got her "hot sauce" one for Tedesco! LOL. She is obsessed!
The boys spotted this virtual dirtbike ride that was pretty sweet. They sat on the bike with the virtual helmet on and this guy, who defientely has the worst job ever in my opinion, bounces on the back of the bike so it feels "real". Poor dude. Then the three boys got Dirt-toos. They spray painted tired tracks up their arms which they thought was the coolest!
After quite awhile we spotted Ricky Carmichael. We tried getting his attention to take a picture with jack in his #4 shirt but he was too quick for us :( Then we headed back out to the parking lot to get bundled up for the race... however it turned out being 75 degrees out even at 7pm when it started. It was nuts. I wore my jacket in and by the time I had gotten to my seat I was sweating! Welcome to SoCal in January! Crazy. The boys rode their scooters in the parking lot for a bit, we had a snack and Grandpa took a nap in the back of the rent-a-car lol (he fit really well might I add), then we headed in!
Last year Wyatt wasnt a huge fan... it was just loud for him and he spent most the time hiding in my chest. This year he was ear to ear grins watching the "assholes". No joke thats how he says motorcycles. Daddy has a red asshole, in case you were wondering :) Anywho... he LOVED it! However by the main event at almost 10pm he was boucning off the walls and couldnt sit still anymore. I had to take him out to run around! His brother on the other hand was passed out in his seat. Weird how that works! The night was alot of fun.... I love our supercross tradition!
