Weekend Recap!

It was a fun weekend! We started off on friday when we took Jackson to Chicks to get his baseball stuff. He got a new glove, baseball pants that are so dang cute and huge i cant even stand it! And of course socks. That matched his Dodger blue.... o ya, they are the Dodgers! When Luke went to the coachs meeting him and Jake (Landons dad who is the other coach) first chose the Giants out of the hat, then after some trading they chose the Dodgers, figured it was wayyyy better than the Giants! Anyways, the kids were super cracnky so we took them home and fed them then Jackson and I were off to Sports Authority to find him some cleats! Cleats that small are so cute, I had so much fun! He tried some on and when we decided to go with the little Easton pair he threw a fit cuz he wanted to wear them out of the store. Too funny. So i out him in the car and he immediately demands forme to put his cleats on him. So i do and here is this 3 year old in his car seat with cleats on and a glove on his hand then looks at me and says "Im just like my cousin now!" It was so cute and I wish Hunter could have heard him. Funny how much he idolizes his big cousins. He was so proud! He went home to show his dad and they played catch in the living room, cleats on, for probably a good half hour before bed!

Saturday we woke up and we were off to the game! Holy cow, probably one of the funniest things I have ever witnessed! I was supposed to be at a baby shower but it conflicted and there was no way I was missing jacks first game.... so glad I didnt!! Landons mom wendy bought Wyatt a Dodgers shirt so he could cheer on his brother so him and Logan were decked out in Dodger blue too! Before the game Luke took all the kids over to home plate to show them how to correctly run bases. He was so good with them and mighty patient might i add! They all did pretty well, however when the game started and they had to run them it was total chaos! They didnt know when or where to run and it was like a bunch of ants running in every which way. The kids on the field would all dog pile on the ball as soon as it was hit then fight over it. The very first hit of the game Jack was playing "third base" and the ball was hit to right field, well jackson starts sprinting to right field to get the ball, HILARIOUS! My dad and HUnter came and they helped out as well. My dad was the third base coach and Hunter was helping Jack run the right way and throw and all that. It was so funny. But Jack had a great time and I guess thats all that matters! This 8 week season is going to feel like an eternity though!!
Jacks first time to bat!
Jack and Landon High fivin dad! Listening to coach Luke LOLJack and Hunter going through the tunnel after the game!! Yes some of the parents even did a tunnel!
Looks like the bad news bears...About 6pm we went to Hunters game in the freezing cold then to their house to play some Joker where Brandi and I lost miserably to the incredibly drunk boys. Luke serenaded us all with 80's music the whole time. Wanted to poke my eyeballs out.

Sunday we went to Dylans bday party, yes another party! Pizza cake presents pinatas and the park. What more could the kids ask for! It was mellow and nice and the weather cooperated and when we left Luke said it was probably the most fun he had had at a kids party before. LOL. I think it was the beer the guys were drinking the whole time! However he said that was just a bonus! Anyways, I got some cute pics of the kids and thier buddies....
Wyatt and his girlfriend camden...
Three amigos AKA Radyn, Mason and Jackson Probably one of the cutest pictures I have ever taken.... Brooklyn and McKenna walking with my son, the ladies man! I love this kid! Wyatt has the funniest faces Wyatt and Boston... Bruddas!By the end we were exhausted and went home and did nothing but relax and pass out on the couch super early. I love Sunday afternoons like that!
