Halloween seemed to come and go this year and it was just a really weird feeling. However Halloween night was fun, despite all the downers we endured throughout the day/weekend! Friday we had planned to have everyone over so the kids could trick or treat together. Kinda nice that it was a friday this year. So thursday I ran around trying to get ready for people to come over and for the wedding we had the next day. Friday morning we wake up and Luke is SICK! Yes you heard me right... could not stop pooping for the life of him... fever and everything by the time night time rolled around. He couldnt even get outta bed to come trick or treating with us :( But everyone came, I made chicken tortilla soup and all the kids got to play and trick or treat together. They were all so stinkin cute! Especially my little yoda and d
arth vadar! (I realized i didnt get one picture of just the two of them so Tyler is sending me one!) Nicole made a super cute cake shaped as a pumpkin... people demolished it! Best story is though-About halfway through trick or treating, Jackson, with tears in his eyes, come sup to me and John and says "mommy I peed my costume!" You have to be kidding me?!?! All i could say was "well just keep going" so he did... wet darth vadar and all. Didnt seem to bother him though. He was having too much fun. He ran off with the big kids, I hardly saw him. I walked behind with Wyatt and the smaller ones. Who finally got down the trick or treats and thank yous halfway through! It was a fun night and Im so glad everyone was able to come over!
