Still Crowded....

... but worth it! Luke and i took the boys to Disneyland last night since our passes finally work again. We have the passes that basically block out the whole summer which is ok by us because for one, its too hot to go. I would rather be at the pool or beach or somewhere with a body of water... Two, its too crowded. Luke and I HATE lines. When we have family dinner at my parents Luke is always last to get his food cuz he doesnt wanna wait in line to dish up. Perfect example of his hatred for lines. So as of last week our passes were good again. I figured this week would be good because alot of kids are going back to school already or at least getting ready to so it wouldnt be too crowded. We got there about 6pm and it was still pretty crowded. Only about a half hour per wait but that is crowded for a weekday night. Next week should be much better. Having Luke there this time allowed Jack to go on some of the big rides he has never been on. He was so excited. First stop- Space Mountain. Wy and I decided to head to Nemo but the line was still super long so we ran around while we waited for Luke and Jack to ride. Jackson loved it. We were able to hit up 5 rides which wasnt bad considering how crowded it still was. Wyatt took his first ride on Dumbo AKA the "efant ride". I took Jack on the Star Wars ride which he claims was his favorite. He is obsessed now. I cant stand Star Wars but hey, he loves it. The kids have Disney dollars from their bdays so when we got off the ride Jack got to pick out a Star Wars toy. Of course he got the SET of guys, which are actually bath toys so he wants to take them to the pool today. Last we went on the new Nemo ride, where Luke and I were pretty impressed on how cool it was. The boys FLIPPED OUT! They LOVED it!!! As soon as they saw all the guys they started yelling out their names and a whole bunch of "WHOA"s and "WOW"s and "LOOK!"s.... They went from almost asleep (its 10pm by this time) to all wound up and excited like they had just eaten a million lollipops. Luke and I just kept looking at each other and laughing at how cute they were being. After Nemo we headed out with Wy on my shoulders and him rambling on and on about Nemo and Bruce and Dori. Jack, however, who hadnt taken a nap that day, crashed in the stroller before we were out the gate. We had a fun time, best part is, we didnt spend a dime... Im excited we can use our passes again too!
