The kids have been so excited this week for Grandma and Grandpa to come (as all of us have been). They finally got here on Thursday afternoon. The four of us went to dinner at the mall with them and before we had sat down I had bribed Jackson with a build a bear if he was a good boy (not something I
usually do but he has been so into Ninja Turtles lately that I wanted to make him one). Well of course he was a good boy... so we headed to Build a Bear. He got his Ninja Turtle, complete with all differnt color headbands so the turtle changes from Leo to Raph to Don to Mikey... and Wyatt of course got a Dinosaur that Daddy decided to name Max. And he is wearing nothing but camoflauge boxer briefs haha. They love them. Jackson decided the next morning he wanted to wear a handband and be a real ninja turtle (hence the sword in his "shell" in most of these pict
ures). Its too funny. Well Grandma and Grandpa came over friday morning after a brief swing through Target. Imagine that... they came bearing gifts!! It was like xmas all over again for these kids. Bags full of Ninja Turtles, every one of them, and splinter, and Jacksons own set of a Mikey mask, numchucks (or as he calls them dumb chucks). And a roaring walking dino for Wy. They were ecsta
tc. I was going to take them to the park but they were so content with all their new toys, they played all day. Grandma and Grandpa were the heroes for the day!! Later that night we met Lari and Ethan at the spectrum for dinner. It was yummy. We went to CPK cuz it was the only place without a two hour wait... however I had some cranky kids cuz we didnt get seated til almost 8pm. Wyatt was a goober. They both passed out on the way home. I love sleeping kids....
